Forced microchipping in Collinsville IL 62234

03/11/2011

So, my dog ran away and was found by animal control. Im thankful. Now, to get my dog back she HAS to have a microchip ‘by state law.’ I said no and got my lawyer involved.

Update 03/12/2011

I made all necessary calls to the Animal Control Officer’s Superiors and a Uniformed Enforcement Division liaison from the Collinsville IL Police Dept requesting a copy of the law for my lawyer to dissect.  I also passed my lawyers phone number and requested all conversations go through him.

Miraculously, a superior officer authorized my Female American Bulldog (Johnson line) be returned to me minus a chip implantation.  For this I laud praises and remind enforcers of varied laws meant to ultimately subject human kind to forced collectivism push back against these wrongful infringements on personal property rights.

Collinsville IL Animal Control; Thank you for respecting my rights.

Now to pay my lawyer…

P.S.

Btw, there is a valid law which states microchipping  before release back to owner. Amazing… next it’s us.

(And, that’s not crazy talk…)
